The Story Behind Wolfee Donuts and Ariana Grande

This one sits in Wolfee Donuts, Lake Elsinore California to this day. Andrew and I got free donuts for a month for this one! and “no” those aren’t Cheerios on top. They are carefully hand-crafted replica donuts

In an odd coincidence, Wolfee Donuts became internationally known for a second in time with Ariana Grande “licked” a donut and returned it to the display case at Wolfee setting off a short-lived scandal. What Ariana Grande was doing at a donut shop far off the highway in a little grocery center parking lot was beyond me, but it happened. If you look vveeerrryyyyyy closely at the security cam footage available on the Internet (Google Ariana Grande, donut licking), you’ll see this little car in the background for a split second.

The local minor league baseball team even gave away Ariana Grande bobbleheads (with donut) at the next home game.

This was one of the first customs I ever made, so the decal work is far from what I can pull off now. But it remains one of my favorites. I made two, one still lives at Wolfee Donuts to this day, the other on the self behind me.
