Chucho’s New Leg. The Rehabilitation of a Broken Revolutionary Hero.

The story of Chucho a lawn donkey made of cement that lived in a coworkers office at work. Chucho had a broken leg, exposed rebar (they make Chuchos to last!) and all sorts of damage to his ego.

Chucho didn’t always live in an office. He nice guarded a lawn in Chicago, but a treacherous group of rowdy culinary students kidnapped Chucho from his home, taking him all the way back to Oklahoma.

I found Chucho and offered to fix him up.

This is where Chucho snuck away and started a revolution in a South American country, met a girl, got a tattoo and trained small dogs to be his army.

Then he came back, got fixed up and was returned home.

He now lives in a much better office.

A true story.
